A Look Inside: the End Sheets! And... Production Update!

Heya folks!

We have more art to share with you today! But first, we wanted to clarify something from our last update that was kindly pointed out to us by a couple backers. 

Last month, we featured the tip-in page, or, the author's signature page. We mistakenly said these would be sent for signing, as is typical for most of our books; however, for this campaign, we're instead doing a foil-printed signature on this page. We mention this on the story portion of the campaign page as well, but this was a slip up on our end. We're sorry for any confusion this caused! For more details, please check out that update HERE!

Back to business - more art! This time, we'll be taking a look at the end sheets! These were done a little bit ago, but because this campaign only features the book, we wanted to space out sharing art.

The artist and designer knocked these out of the park! We're so looking forward to getting proofs in for this book, and we hope you all are, too!

A Quick Production Update!

Our primary artist is wrapping up the final illustrations as we speak, but has just left on an extended vacation (curse you, you European labor laws we’re not at all jealous of here in the US!). Once he’s back, we’re grinding out the final works, and then it’s off to the printers!

We've had SO many people requesting Frankenstein after we began doing the Classics. Well, the wait is nearly over! Check out the pre-launch page for the campaign HERE! 

This project truly is a labor of love and one very close to our hearts (get it?). We hope to do this beloved tale justice!

A Look Inside: the Signature Page!

Hi there everyone!

Firstly, we wanted to give a big thank you to everyone who came by to say hello to us at GenCon! It's always great to see everyone, hear your stories, and find out about what everyone is currently reading. For those who stopped by, you had a chance to see Wraithmarked's first full-color book, The Veneziad! We're SO excited to see The Scholomance get the same treatment. <3

Onto the update!

We've got some art to share for you today! As part of designing the interior of a book, we also have to design the signature tip-ins for the books. For those unaware, a tip-in page is also the author's signature page! 

These pages are unique in that they are printed before the rest of the book and shipped to the author for signing. Take a look! 

Once they're done, they get shipped back to the printer and the remainder of production can begin!

Earlier this month, we  finished the design of the tip-in page. There may be some slight changes as we work to match our files to the printers requirements, but all of your signature pages can be expected to look like this!

A Look Inside: the Chapter Headers and Interior!

Hey there folks!

As we mentioned in our last update, there's not too much to add to this campaign in regards to updates. Usually, we have a bookmark or additional art assets to share, but not this time. That's okay though!

Everything continues to run smoothly - that's all we could ask for. We're still in process of designing/approving the interior of the book, but today, we wanted to give you a little peak behind the curtain! This being Wraithmarked's second full-color deluxe edition, we're so stoked when we see updates from STK Kreations (the wonderful designer that he is) because we get to witness the beauty of his designs on a whole-new level!

Take a look at our chapter headers! And remember - these will be in FULL-COLOR!

Nothing to Report! Production Underway as Planned!

Hey there folks!

Even though the title may be a bit of a bummer to read, this is honestly a positive update. We wanted to take a moment to let you all know that everything on this project is going smoothly and we're proceeding as normal Sometimes updates like this one are necessary as book production can be a long endeavor—on occasion, we find ourselves with little to report. 

Since we do not have any merchandise rights on this campaign, we don't have much else to keep you folks in the loop on beyond a check-in here and there, some interior work, etc.!

Just sit back, relax, cozy up with another good book (until we fulfill this one!), and enjoy your weekend.
